- Barfume delivers across the Maldives. Order online and we deliver to Malé and Hulhumalé within 24 hours, and to other islands in 2–4 working days through the standard ferry and courier network.
- Can I get a custom perfume made in the Maldives?
- Yes. Barfume is a Maldivian fragrance house and blends custom, long-lasting scents made to order. Tell us the notes you like and we build the blend around them.
- What is the best long-lasting perfume for this climate?
- Alcohol-free attar oils last longest in Maldivian humidity because they sit close to the skin instead of evaporating off it. Our oud and amber musk attars are the usual choice; a 6ml bottle lasts months of daily wear.
- How do I pay for an order?
- Bank transfer to our Bank of Maldives account, or cash on delivery. For bank transfers you upload the receipt at checkout and we confirm the order once the payment is verified. All prices include 8% GST.
- What is the difference between attar oil and eau de parfum?
- Attar is a concentrated oil with no alcohol, so it wears close to the skin and lasts through the day. Eau de parfum is alcohol-based, projects further and opens brighter, but fades sooner in heat and humidity.
